By signing up for or using SubmitDrop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SubmitDrop provides a serverless backend for HTML, Webflow, and Framer forms, including form data routing, spam protection, and instant notifications via email and Telegram.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SubmitDrop to collect, transmit, or store:

• Phishing credentials, plaintext credit card details, or illegal content.
• Malicious spam, spyware, or malware.
• Unsolicited commercial email (spam) distribution data.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate endpoints violating this policy.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

SubmitDrop offers both a Free tier and a paid Pro tier ($6/month flat). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or payment portal. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

SubmitDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall SubmitDrop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
