• Account Information: Email address, encrypted password hash, and subscription details.
• Form Submissions: Form field payloads (name, email, message, etc.) submitted by your site visitors.
• Technical Metadata: Client IP addresses and user agents collected solely for anti-spam detection and rate limiting.

3. How We Use Information

We process form submissions strictly to deliver notifications to your chosen channels (Email, Telegram) and display submissions in your private dashboard. We never sell, rent, or monetize your form data.

4. Data Retention & Security

All data is stored in high-security, encrypted cloud infrastructure (PostgreSQL on Neon). You may delete individual submissions or entire form endpoints at any time directly from your dashboard.

5. Third-Party Processors

We partner with trusted third-party service providers for payment processing (Paddle / Stripe) and transactional email routing (Resend). These providers are strictly bound by their respective security and privacy certifications.
