To request a refund, simply send an email to billing@submitdrop.com with your account email address and invoice number. Our support team will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click from your dashboard. After cancellation, you will retain full access to all Pro features until the end of your prepaid billing period, with no additional charges.
